1: When you contact us to make an enquiry, we will ask you for your name, address, postcode, phone number(s) and email address.
Should you choose to contact us using the contact form on our website Contact page or an email link on any one of the pages or pop ups on the MGM Driving Tuition website,
none of the data that you supply will be stored by this website or passed to / be processed by any third party data processors unless specifically referenced in this privacy policy.
The data will be collated into an email and sent to us over the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP).

For enquiries regarding driving lessons or driving courses we will hold your personal data for 30 days.
Once you become a customer of MGM Driving Tuition by making a purchase, booking a lesson,
purchasing a training course, we will retain your personal data for as long as you are an active customer.
4: We will only ever share personal data that we collect from you with the following third parties and only for the purpose(s) described:
Driving Instructors that have signed up to our services and adhere to the UK Data Protection Act 1988 (DPA) so they are able to conduct lessons or courses with you.
Paypal - Payment card processing.
We do not store credit or debit card details nor do we share customer's financial details with any third parties.
This website may from time to time provide links to other websites.

Terms and Conditions
1. The Instructor shall provide you with driving tuition at the rate per hour communicated to you via our official documentation.
Any changes to our pricing structure will be communicated by email and on our website.
Any increase in charges and we will allow pupils to cancel scheduled lessons if required.
2. If your instructor is unavailable for any reason the instructor has the right to arrange for another instructor to provide some or all of your on road training.
If your instructor cannot arrange for an alternative instructor to take your driving lessons,
or in the event of a mechanical breakdown of the vehicle in which you have been learning to drive,
or for any other reason, the instructor reserves the right to rearrange a driving lesson to a time convenient to both you and the instructor.
3. If you are taking on road lessons, your instructor will carry the appropriate motor insurance
should you cause an accident as a learner whilst driving the instructors tuition vehicle,
whether you are accompanied by an instructor or driving standards agency examiner.
Pupils are able to take lesson in their own car once they have reached the required standard and the instructor is happy for them to do so.
The car will need to be road worthy and carry the correct Insurance documents.
Your instructor will advise you when you can take lessons in your own car.
Please note that any insurance claims resulting in an accident will be made through the pupil's insurance if required and not the instructor's insurance.
4: You must pay for each lesson in advance.
At least two working days must be given in the event of cancelling a course or lesson and 14 days notice if taking any of the intensive driving courses.
Late cancellations will be charged at the current course or lesson rate as appropriate.
It is recommended that the first lesson be of a two-hour duration.
5: We may from time to time have to cancel or move a lesson in order to take pupils to test.
We will endeavour to give you at least two working days notice in this event.
6: Instructors will advise pupils when to apply for their theory and practical tests taking into account local waiting times and progress of pupils.
Pupils are required to take a mock test and gain joint agreement with the instructor before booking a practical driving test.
In the event of the instructor’s decision to withhold the use of the tuition vehicle for the practical test,
sufficient notice will be given to the pupil to avoid loss of the DVSA test fee.
7: Any complaints by pupils should be made in first to the driving instructor.
Failing agreement or settlement of a dispute, reference may be made to DVSA Register of Approved driving instructors who will consider the matter and advise accordingly.
Should the register not be able to settle the dispute he or she may set up a panel, with the representatives from the ADI industry, to consider the matter further or advise that the matter should be referred to the courts or other statutory body to be determined.
Intensive Driving Courses
Pupils are required to take an assessment lesson before we are able to arrange an intensive driving course and book the practical driving test.
Pupils must have passed the theory test in order to take any of the intensive driving courses with a practical driving test arranged at the end of the course.
Your instructor has the right to rearrange your test or withhold the car for the test if you do not reach test standard before the end of the course and test day.
We require at least 14 working days notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a course that has been booked.
Late cancellations will be charged at the current course or lesson rate as appropriate.
